Privacy Policy.

We collect almost nothing, we use no tracking cookies, and what you send us stays between us.

Who we are

Web Ascension Pro ("we," "us") is a web design, SEO and AEO studio based in California, United States, operating at webascensionpro.com. This policy explains what information this website handles and what we do with it.

What we collect

This site collects personal information in exactly two places, both of them started by you:

  • The contact form. When you send a note, we receive the name, email address, optional business name, and message you type. The form is processed by Formspree, our form provider, which delivers it to us by email.
  • Call booking. When you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly. Calendly collects the name, email address, and time slot you choose so the meeting can exist on both calendars, and shares them with us.

No account signups, no newsletters, no purchases happen on this site.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use the site so we can keep improving it. If you accept our cookie notice, it sets a cookie on your device and sends anonymized usage data (such as pages viewed, rough region, and device type) to Google, who processes it on our behalf under their own privacy policy. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set. We do not use it to identify you personally, we run no advertising cookies, and we never sell your data.

How we use your information

We use what you send us for one purpose: responding to you and, if you become a client, building and delivering your project. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone, ever.

Who touches the data

Four service providers process data on our behalf: Formspree (form delivery), Calendly (call scheduling), Cloudflare (hosting), and Google (analytics). Each processes only what its job requires, under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Emails and booking records are kept for as long as they're useful for serving you, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time and we will.

Your rights

If you're a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask for its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for asking. Since we collect so little, these requests are easy: contact us and we'll handle it promptly. Visitors from other places have the same promise from us regardless of local law.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with an updated date. We won't quietly weaken it.
