Who these terms cover

These terms apply to using webascensionpro.com and to purchasing services from Web Ascension Pro ("we," "us"), a web design, SEO and AEO studio based in California, United States. By using this site or hiring us, you agree to them.

What we sell

We design and build websites (the Ascend, Elevate, and Apex tiers), provide a one-time SEO & AEO optimization service for existing websites, and offer an ongoing Care Plan covering weekly checkups, updates and edits, support, and hosting and maintenance of the live site. Exact scope and any quoted pricing are confirmed on your call before work begins.

See it before you pay

For website builds, we build first, then walk you through the finished site on a call and give you a private preview link to review it in full on your own. Payment is due only if you approve the site and want it delivered and made live. Until you pay, you owe nothing; until we're paid, the site remains ours and the preview link may be disabled.

Revisions and scope

Informational revisions during the preview period are free: wording, contact details, photos you supply, hours, and similar content-level changes. Larger requests are separate, quoted work: a full page redesign or a brand-new page runs up to $100 on Ascend, up to $500 on Elevate, and up to $2,000 on Apex, depending on the ask. A full change of visual direction after approval of the preview may adjust the final price; we'll always tell you before doing anything billable.

Ownership

Once you've paid, every file of your website belongs to you. You can request a complete copy of your site files at any time and take them anywhere, with no exit fee. Content you give us (your logo, photos, text about your business) remains yours, and you're responsible for having the right to use it. Tools, code libraries, and techniques we use across projects remain ours to keep using.

Hosting and the Care Plan

We deploy and host client sites on reliable third-party cloud infrastructure. You purchase and own your domain name; we connect it to the hosting and manage the technical side. The Care Plan is billed as agreed on your call and can be cancelled anytime, after which we'll hand over your files and cooperate in moving the site wherever you like. We aim for excellent uptime but can't guarantee the uninterrupted operation of third-party infrastructure.

Timelines

Delivery targets (3 days for Ascend, 5 for Elevate, 7 for Apex) are counted from the kickoff call and assume we receive the business information we need. If something on your side or ours moves a date, we'll communicate immediately.

What we don't promise

We build sites to rank well and convert well, and our SEO & AEO work follows current best practice. Search engines and AI assistants are third parties we don't control, so we can't guarantee a specific ranking, placement, or volume of business. We'll never claim otherwise.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We're not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or lost data caused by third-party providers.

Payment

Payment methods and timing are agreed before delivery. For builds, payment happens after you approve the finished preview and before the site goes live in your name.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in California courts.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version appears here with an updated date. Changes never apply retroactively to work already agreed.
